Shipping Policies

I ship from Indonesia, with my local post office (Pos Indonesia).

Without the info above, I won't be able to ship your items, thank you for your understanding!

Duration

Processing an order takes around 1-7 days.

Shipping an order to most countries takes around 2-4 weeks

Tracking

All orders will be tracked. Once I hand your order to the post office, I no longer have control over it. But I will constantly check and track the receipt number.

I am not responsible for orders damaged or lost during shipping, but if there is a problem with your order, please reach out to me through my email ([email protected]), or DM my social medias (twt/IG : tatanooki). We can discuss a solution.
